You have just spent a few days researching the biographies of the six romantic poets we will be studying. In doing that, you've become familiar with their lives as well as the society in which they lived. As part of our British Romantic Poetry Unit, you will be spending some time each class period looking through news websites to keep up to date with current events and happenings in our society. For part of this unit's final project, you will choose one event which you have been following and tie it to some poems we study, both classic and contemporary.
